Chili Chuck Burger with Butter and Lime Sauce
This burger is not over powdered with chili. If you wish, add more chili powder, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or 2 to 3 drops of hot pepper sauce to the onion mixture before adding it to the meat. Serve on a toasted roll or bread with pinto beans on the side.
